We offer two distinct coaching services, each designed for a different kind of work:
Life Coaching - For Individuals
For individuals ready to move forward with clarity, direction, and purpose. Life coaching is goal-oriented support for people who are functioning well and ready to grow — navigating transitions, defining their next chapter, or building the habits and systems to get there.
Relationship Coaching - For Couples & Individuals
For couples and individuals navigating connection, communication, and the work of building healthy relationships. Relationship coaching addresses the patterns, dynamics, and goals that shape how you show up for yourself and the people you love.

The length of your coaching engagement depends on your goals. Some clients work with us for 3 months; others for 6 months or longer. We will discuss your goals during the consultation and recommend a structure that fits.

Yes. Coaching sessions are available virtually to clients across North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as in the US. In-person sessions are available at our Raleigh, NC office.

Yes — with some parameters. If you are a current therapy client at 180 Evolution Therapy, we will discuss the most appropriate structure to ensure your care remains coordinated and ethical. In some cases, we may recommend a separate coach.
