No-Return / No-Refund Policy for Gift Cards (Client-Facing/Virtual)

All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Once a gift card is purchased:

  • The value may be applied only toward eligible private-pay therapy or coaching services offered by 180 Evolution Therapy.

  • Gift cards cannot be applied to insurance copays, deductibles, or claims.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to pay missed appointment fees, late cancellation fees, or other administrative charges.

  • Gift cards may not be resold or transferred once redeemed.

If a gift card is lost, deleted, or stolen, please contact our office at admin@180evolution.com as soon as possible. We may be able to reissue the gift card only if the original purchase can be verified and the gift card has not been redeemed.
